Iroquois Memorial Hospital would not be successful without the support of our incredible staff. Some members stand out as Superstars!
Each week, we will be featuring a new Superstar staff member to highlight their outstanding commitment and dedication to IMH and the patients we serve.
This week’s featured employee Wendy Osborn. Wendy has been a member of the IMH family for 5 years and is the coordinator for Central Registration, also known as Switchboard. Her friendly face is often the first one you see when you come into IMH and register for an Emergency Room visit. She is always ready and willing to help anyone who may need her assistance.
When Wendy is not registering patients or taking hospital phone calls, she enjoys many hobbies. Her favorite hobbies include going for walks and going to wine & paint events with friends. Wendy is married to her husband of 20 years, John, and they have two daughters. Her oldest, Hailey, is a student at KCC with intentions of becoming a physical therapist, while Hannah, her youngest, is a Freshman at Milford High School.
When asked about why she enjoys working at IMH, Wendy said, “I love the people I meet, helping them through the registration process, and getting them started on a path of wellness. I also love the staff I work with each day. Plus, I am close to home!”
Thank you Wendy for your outstanding service. You are a true Superstar in Healthcare!
