Iroquois Memorial Hospital would not be successful without the support of our incredible staff. Some members stand out as Superstars!
Each week, we will be featuring a new Superstar staff member to highlight their outstanding commitment and dedication to IMH and the patients we serve.
This week’s featured employee is Cathy Moffitt. Cathy has been a member of the IMH family for 30 years. Cathy began her career at IMH in Respiratory Therapy treating patients. Since her start at IMH, she has expanded her scope to include Cardiology doing testing, Cardiac Rehab assisting rehab patients, and nursing for the IMH Resident Home. Where ever you see Cathy, throughout the hospital, she always has a smile on her face.
And Cathy’s energy doesn’t stop at work. When Cathy is not helping patients, she enjoys a great many activities. From crafting and baking to traveling and bonfires, Cathy is always keeping busy. On the off chance that she isn’t busy, an impromptu get together is just the remedy! Cathy enjoys spending time with her fiance, Rick Grosvenor, as well as her two children, two step children, and seven grandchildren!
When asked about her time at IMH, Cathy said, “I’ve been at IMH for thirty years and I love coming to work everyday. I enjoy the patient contact as well as educating providers on our services including the IMH Sleep Lab.”
Thank you Cathy for your outstanding service. You are a true Superstar in Healthcare!
